As you might have noticed, I've found a new canvas for my artwork--t-shirts. I somehow take great joy and delight in painting on t-shirts for people, because these are designs they've asked for or designs that are based around their likes and dislikes. There's something to be said about fulfilling someone's wish to wear some art. And, naturally, I just like making people happy. T-shirts aren't all I've been painting on lately. I've also taken to painting on cakes and cookies. Had a hugely successful event at Free Comic Book day this year where I'd custom paint comic hero logos on cookies. I suck at journals. Seriously, who is so self-absorbed that they're willing to believe that someone else is so fascinated by the minutiae of the goings ons of their lives. Still...for what it's worth, gaming-wise I've finished my playthrough of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, and dumped my review up in the usual place (http://www.onelargeprawn.co.za/2010/11/11/review-guitar-hero-warriors-of-rock-xbox360/ if you're REALLY interested in reading it. Been hooked on Assassin's Creed 2 for a few days now, which seriously gets in the way of a lot of things, art, family life, writing... not that I'm complaining. It's a brilliant game, and love the way the plot has many metalayers of story and so on. And then I'm going to have to set that aside soon, because I'm getting some new games for review soon (one of which is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, which means I need to finish AC2 soonish!) tl;dr No new pics yet.
